Requirements

  • Experience in a consulting firm, managing customer relationships, and improving customer user experience
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a B2B customer-facing environment in the Financial industry or software solution industry
  • Experience in the payment industry (big plus)
  • Clear and positive communication, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and leverage internal and external networks to work on customer issues at all levels across customers, peers, and other teams in Airwallex
  • Ability to handle different forms of customer interaction, including difficult conversations, and manage customer expectations properly
  • Ability to think laterally about customer challenges and provide not only an answer but also a solution to prevent recurrence
  • Effective time management and willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships for Enterprise-level accounts
  • Identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with the sales team to pitch, and onboard new business opportunities until they go live
  • Collaborate with other teams to monitor accounts’ health status and achieve win-win outcomes with customers
  • Manage customer day-to-day queries and issues to successful resolution, engaging internal/external stakeholders as needed, keeping customers informed, and using personal relationships to prioritize and manage expectations
  • Lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews face-to-face with clients, providing data analysis, optimization recommendations, new product/feature promotions, and achieving win-win outcomes
  • Educate customers proactively on Airwallex products, manage expectations, and ensure they understand offerings and their implications
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey/experience, assess root causes of issues, produce change requests, review/improve processes, and provide feedback to other business areas
  • Comply with all regulations, policies, and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture
