Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of sales and/or account management experience with customers in the Australia region, strong communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of performance in account management and expansion positions. Experience in enterprise SaaS sales is a plus, along with educational background or professional experience in intellectual property, manufacturing, engineering, chemical, or food production.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will drive revenue growth by managing the entire customer lifecycle, primarily focused on renewals and expansion, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, improving client workflow performance, adopting a data-driven approach to sales funnel management, demonstrating expertise in client matters, conducting customer onboarding and quarterly business reviews, analyzing territory, exceeding sales targets, managing the pipeline, and keeping up to date with product updates. They will also conduct customer onboarding meetings and quarterly business reviews, analyze their territory, convert opportunities into growth, and proactively address client issues.
