Requirements

The Account Manager should possess a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, experience managing a portfolio of accounts, and the ability to engage with Senior Management and C-level contacts. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and identifying new business opportunities within named accounts is essential, along with the ability to negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.

Responsibilities

This role involves managing an established client base to drive revenue growth through the utilization of Keeper's cybersecurity solutions, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, advising customers on best practices for securing their business, proactively managing customer success, and resolving customer issues independently and collaboratively. The Account Manager will also build strong customer relationships, present Keeper solutions, troubleshoot challenges, and occasionally assist on Sales or Marketing calls/webinars as a product expert and Account Manager.
