Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, ideally in growing and scaling the account management function within a high growth organization
  • Passion for live shopping and fashion trends
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, building strong functional relationships based on trust and respect
  • Persuasive communication skills to convey Tilt’s unique value to sellers, lead cross-functional teams, and drive execution
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and lead strategic initiatives and track targets efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Tilt and masterfully articulate our vision and product to partners
  • Develop and nurture strong seller relationships through a consultative approach, deeply understanding sellers' business, growth opportunities, marketing, and exec-level coaching to achieve high growth goals
  • Build a playbook of best practices and operational strategies to provide sellers with tools for success on Tilt
  • Grow seller business through clear, data-driven points of view and recommendations aligned with business and company goals
  • Manage a targeted book of business and develop strategies for short- and long-term sustained success, driving in-quarter business growth and product adoption
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share insights and learnings from sellers, advocate for seller needs, and articulate business and revenue impact to unlock growth
  • Perform project management on initiatives across cross-functional stakeholders and drive projects to successful outcomes
