Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Customer Experience (CX)/Customer Success (CS) experience
  • Ideally, some experience in closing revenue (expansion or new business)
  • A deep understanding of the marketing technology industry and key players
  • Some account management experience – identifying at-risk customers, driving product adoption and usage, and activating existing clients
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving work environment
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Great problem-solving skills, taking a consultative approach to finding the best solution

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the growth & adoption of small business accounts at Podium
  • Uncover new opportunities from existing customers and target accounts
  • Build deep relationships with your portfolio to understand their needs and provide value-based solutions
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance
  • Conduct warm handoffs in partnership with Account Executives (AEs) as new customers join your portfolio
  • Be a product expert and understand all setup requirements for each product and application to drive value
