Requirements

  • Proven experience in new business sales, preferably within IPTV and networking industry
  • Previous sales experience selling to hospitality operations

Responsibilities

  • Build an annual Sales Development plan
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business sales targets
  • Retain existing customers and extend their service contracts
  • Maximise revenue opportunities and ensure business is sufficiently profitable
  • React to customer/partner queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Work with supporting departments to resolve issues to a satisfactory standard
  • Accurately complete sales documentation including quotations, proposals, and tenders
  • Lead on the creation and delivery of new business presentations with customers
  • Keep the CRM system updated with customer and opportunity information in line with manager's KPIs
  • Provide information to manager and other internal individuals/departments in an accurate and timely manner
  • Work and contribute within the broader sales team, creating and promoting ideas to assist colleagues
  • Work professionally, effectively, and constructively to promote the company
  • Carry out any additional duties deemed in the best interest of the company and its customers
