Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Home electronics mass merchandiser (station-side electronics retail stores in particular) and business partners in reward market by capturing their business needs and implementing profitable growth plans
  • Collaborate with the manager of account group to develop short and long-term strategic plans, including preparation of annual business plans and budgets
  • Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and budgets for assigned channels based on actual sales data, with at least six-month rolling forecasts
  • Act as a sparring partner for sales representatives to achieve common regional targets and support quarterly business discussions [NA only]
  • Allocate resources such as rebate fees and sales promotion costs to maximize ROI, track performance with sales representatives, and make adjustments as necessary [NA only]
  • Maximize performance driven by sell-through rebate
  • Support company’s growth plans with emphasis on building brand and reputation through excellent communication with key customers
  • Provide continuous feedback and input on competitive analysis, market trends, and business, always considering consumer needs first
  • Manage daily sell-through [NA only], sell-in, and inventory dynamics to target levels defined by management
  • Partner with peers in sales, finance, operations, marketing, and customer service, especially for sales promotions
  • Ensure transparent, structured, and concise reporting to management in PDCA format after executing sales promotions
  • Make precise forecasts in Anaplan by collaborating with a demand planner
  • Proactively explore and develop new business opportunities
