Candidates need 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, experience with complex sales preferably to mid-market or small enterprise tech customers, and a track record of thriving at a fast-paced SaaS startup or scaleup.
The team is immersed in their work, optimizes for rate-of-learning, watches the clock not the calendar, and emphasizes direct and actively-transparent communication to ensure everyone has the context to excel.
A strong candidate has proven success in complex B2B sales at SaaS startups, can win deals with multiple stakeholders, and is eager to partner directly with the CEO to build the sales approach and culture in a fast-growing AI company.
