Requirements

Candidates should have 2-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of working remotely and developing account plans and pipeline. Manufacturing or industry-related experience is required, along with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a firm grasp of product development and related business requirements, and demonstrated expertise with modern sales tools are essential. A BS/BA degree is preferred, and travel between 25-50% is expected.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will develop strategic account business plans, prospect to build and maintain a healthy pipeline, and identify/secure opportunities for prototyping, ramp, and production manufacturing contracts. They will meet and exceed sales quotas, maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.com, and lead customer contract negotiations. Responsibilities include building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, becoming an expert in customer needs, representing the company at industry events, and taking responsibility for customer success by enlisting appropriate Fictiv team members. This role involves spending 10-25% of time in front of customers.
