Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, along with proven experience in negotiations, contracts, and agreements. Specific experience in gummy manufacturing is required, and a background in Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service is beneficial. Lean, APICS, or CPSM certifications or training are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Contract Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing supplier relationships for a defined product category, including gummy experience, and creating and executing a 3-year plan to support a supply base strategy. They will also serve as a trusted go-to point of escalation for cross-functional partners, support sourcing events, deliver cost savings goals, conduct supplier relationship management business reviews, create KPIs for suppliers, execute supply agreements, and partner closely with Finance teams to ensure accuracy of payment terms and support continuous improvement processes.
