Requirements

Candidates require a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial technology sectors supporting large capital projects. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to proactively resolve client issues and manage multiple complex accounts. Technical acumen and comfort in fast-paced business environments are also necessary. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. Up to 60% travel may be required, and employees must possess a valid driver's license.
