  • Job Description: Seeking a Workday HCM Configuration Specialist to support the successful implementation of Beeline, focusing on contingent workforce processes. This role involves configuring and managing updates in Workday HCM, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless integration with Beeline.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (HR Technology, HR Contingent Worker, Implementation Project teams) to align on requirements and deliverables for the Beeline implementation.
  • Configure and develop changes in Workday HCM to support Beeline integration.
  • Conduct thorough testing of configuration changes.
  • Deploy approved configuration changes to production following established governance and change control processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.
  • Document configuration changes, testing results, and deployment processes.
  • Provide recommendations on configuration best practices to optimize Workday HCM functionality.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Workday HCM configuration, development, and deployment.
  • Knowledge:
    • Knowledge of contingent workforce management and VMS (Vendor Management System) solutions, preferably Beeline.
    • Experience implementing Workday with Beeline VMS.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of system integration concepts.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
