Requirements

Candidates must live within the assigned territory of Jacksonville, Florida. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 2-5+ years of relevant sales experience. Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities, a consistent quota attainment track record, and overall experience selling advertising or complex SaaS/software solutions to business leaders are necessary. Excellent planning, persuasion, negotiation, communication, presentation, customer relationship building skills, and strong business acumen are also required. Experience in the automotive space or digital marketplace is ideal.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will act as the primary point of contact for Cars Commerce customers, focusing on ongoing customer success, retention, and growth. They will sell products and services to existing customers, maintain relationships by visiting assigned customers within the sales territory, and respond to client inquiries. The role involves executing sales strategy, identifying and closing upsell opportunities, and providing insight to customers through reports that communicate value. The Account Executive must demonstrate expertise in retention and sales techniques and Cars Commerce company products and services, while traveling at least 75% in the assigned territory to visit prospective customers face-to-face. They will partner across selling and servicing roles to ensure customers receive maximum value from the Cars Commerce Platform.
