Candidates must be located in EMEA and possess at least 3 years of closing sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years selling into the Israeli market. A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business, along with SFDC proficiency and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for customer success, is required. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
The Account Executive will communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value, managing the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs, proactively engaging cross-functionally to contribute to new product development, client engagement, and competitive intelligence strategies, and meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate SFDC data, resolving complaints by improving processes, and acting as a client advocate to enhance the buyer experience.
