Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
  • Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement, and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data (accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts).
  • Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
  • Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
