Requirements

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience selling in the Enterprise segment and a proven track record of developing greenfield territories and adding net new logos. The ability to engage in business and technical conversations with C-level functional leaders in PeopleOps, Finance, Legal, and Procurement is essential, along with a deep understanding of the buyer journey and experience leading complex, multi-party sales consultatively. Familiarity with integrations like Okta and Netsuite, and compliance standards such as GDPR & SOC2, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will own a targeted account list and develop account plans to secure business with companies exceeding 2,000 employees. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding revenue targets, building a robust sales pipeline through outreach and collaboration, and navigating enterprise organizations to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-level decision makers. Maintaining up-to-date Salesforce records with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data is also a key duty.
