Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience selling in the Enterprise segment, with a proven track record of developing greenfield territories and adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role. Experience in the APAC/Indian-Subcontinent, specifically being geographically based in India, is required. A hunter mentality with solid sales DNA and an appetite for continual learning and growth is also necessary.
The Account Executive will grow and own a targeted account list, developing account plans for acquiring business with companies between 1,001-10,000 employees. They will be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue targets, building a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and collaboration, and navigating enterprise organizations to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-Level decision-makers. The role also involves recognizing organizational, financial, and behavioral structures and obstacles, and keeping Salesforce up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
