Account Executive

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive, with at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, and a proven track record of selling directly to HR/L&D departments. They should possess experience in 360-degree sales, including sourcing and closing, and demonstrated success in selling to clients in the US, UK, or Ireland. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving Sama’s next phase of growth by securing new clients through outbound prospecting, meeting with potential customers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. They will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, acting as the ‘CEO of their territory’ and building end-to-end sales systems and processes to fuel sustainable revenue growth. Furthermore, they will contribute to the company's mission by elevating the corporate environment and empowering employees through the Sama app.
