We’re seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our 'Go-to-Market Dream Team' in Lisbon to drive our next phase of growth and company impact. You’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Executive.
  • B2B SaaS Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS experience.
  • Industry Experience: Experience selling directly to HR/L&D.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Demonstrated experience in 360-degree sales (owning sourcing to closing).
  • Territory Experience: Sold to US, UK, or Ireland.
  • Language Skills: Fluent and incredibly articulate in English (verbal and written).

  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle:
    • Outbound prospecting
    • Meeting potential clients
    • Negotiating deals
    • Closing new clients
  • Be the CEO of your territory.
  • Build end-to-end sales systems and processes.
