Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, offering freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential for individuals who want to control their time and earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with local businesses through door-to-door visits to offer payment processing solutions.
  • Educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining.
  • Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.
  • Work independently with comprehensive support and training.

You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

  • Ability to be in the field within your team region.
