Requirements

  • Sales experience in software or institutional sales, particularly in financial services, crypto, blockchain, or fintech
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency concepts
  • Prior experience working in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is advantageous
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive attitude, with a strong drive to prospect and close deals
  • Ability to thrive in a team-selling environment, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborating with the Fireblocks BDR and GTM teams to generate and qualify leads
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Conducting prospecting, territory, and account planning to identify new opportunities
  • Keeping the Fireblocks CRM up-to-date with accurate account and pipeline information
