Native in Portuguese, business fluent in English
2-3 years of proven experience in a sales-related role (e.g., SDR, BDR, Junior Account Executive) preferably within a SaaS or EdTech company
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Strong proficiency in cold outreach techniques across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and research potential clients within target markets using various tools
Execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, phone, on-site events and social channels to generate qualified leads and secure initial meetings
Qualify inbound leads to assess their potential and alignment with our solutions
Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and articulate Cambly's value proposition
Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and maintaining CRM data
Negotiate and close deals, driving revenue growth for the company
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales process
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals
Contribute insights from market interactions to inform sales and product development strategies
