Requirements

  • Native in Portuguese, business fluent in English
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales-related role (e.g., SDR, BDR, Junior Account Executive) preferably within a SaaS or EdTech company
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Strong proficiency in cold outreach techniques across multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients within target markets using various tools
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, phone, on-site events and social channels to generate qualified leads and secure initial meetings
  • Qualify inbound leads to assess their potential and alignment with our solutions
  • Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and articulate Cambly's value proposition
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and maintaining CRM data
  • Negotiate and close deals, driving revenue growth for the company
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales process
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals
  • Contribute insights from market interactions to inform sales and product development strategies
