Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with experience in Private Markets firms, Venture Capital, or Private Equity being a plus. Full-cycle sales experience and the ability to navigate mid-market deals are essential, along with a strong track record of closing new business and experience selling to CFO and/or COO personas. Excellent negotiation, analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities are required, as is the ability to work at both tactical and strategic levels, coupled with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and curiosity.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will build and drive new business opportunities for Standard Metrics' software within an assigned territory. They will develop a deep understanding of the company's offering and value proposition, manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities also include providing continuous updates on active accounts, reporting on sales activities, collaborating with Marketing and Product teams on customer feedback, and working cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, SDRs, and Customer Success. Maintaining high customer satisfaction and reference-ability, and traveling for client visits, conferences, and networking events are also key duties.
