They should also exhibit empathy to understand customer needs, be proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, along with self-motivation and resilience to exceed targets, and experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools. Experience with event promotion, event marketing, and email marketing is a plus.
The Account Executive will manage all sales stages, including prospecting, pipeline generation, qualification, product demonstrations, follow-up, negotiation, and closing, engaging with potential customers through various communication channels. They will conduct meetings to deeply understand customer needs and effectively communicate how the company’s solutions address them, share insights and contribute to best practices, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, identify and lead growth opportunities, and forecast and manage their sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, clearly communicating its status.
