Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership

  • Drive end-to-end recruiting strategy aligned to company goals and future workforce planning.
  • Utilize and evaluate modern sourcing technologies — including platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and AI-driven tools such as BrightHire, SeekOut, or Gem — to identify top talent, streamline workflows, and continuously improve sourcing efficiency at scale.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a proactive, diverse, and high-quality pipeline.
  • Optimize the candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire through process improvements and tech adoption.
  • Build processes that are fast, flexible, and human—without adding unnecessary complexity.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Build and own the employer brand strategy across all channels—career site, social, job boards, events, etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications.
