Responsibilities

As Director of Talent Management, you will own and drive the full candidate and employee journey, encompassing talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding, and early employee engagement. This includes developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals, utilizing modern sourcing technologies to identify top talent, partnering with hiring managers, optimizing the candidate experience, and building processes that are fast, flexible, and human. Additionally, you will build and own the employer brand strategy across all channels and collaborate with Marketing and Communications.
