Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or Business Development, preferably within SaaS, IT services, or creative/digital agencies. Fluency in English with confident spoken and written communication skills for international clients is essential. Experience in conducting intro and discovery calls, presenting value propositions, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, and proficiency with CRM software like HubSpot or Pipedrive are required. A consultative sales mindset, strong communication and presentation abilities, curiosity, proactivity, organization, and teamwork skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for inbound leads, from the initial call to the signed contract. This includes conducting introductory and discovery calls to understand client needs, clearly explaining Eleken's value proposition and workflow, and presenting the trial process. Responsibilities also involve collecting project requirements, sharing relevant case studies, booking follow-up calls for project scoping, and maintaining updated pipeline and client notes in the CRM. The role requires guiding prospects through the trial process and closing deals, ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success Manager.
