Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, offering freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential for individuals who want to control their time and earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with local businesses through door-to-door visits and other outreach methods to offer payment processing solutions.
  • Educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining.
  • Close deals, earning activation bonuses and monthly commissions, as well as long-term residuals.
  • Work independently with comprehensive support and training.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience preferred. Experience in door-to-door sales or merchant services is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Natural communicator and closer.
  • Sales Acumen: Comfortable with face-to-face selling.
  • Mindset: Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality.
  • Lead Generation: Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Driver's License: Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
