Job Description

Are you a motivated, self-driven sales professional seeking freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential in the payment solutions industry? Xplor is looking for individuals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to control their time and earnings.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct door-to-door visits or engage with local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining.
• Close deals, earning activation bonuses and monthly commissions, plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with comprehensive support and training.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Location: This position is fully remote, provided you have eligible working rights and can travel to the field within your team's region.
