The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong hunter mentality for self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking. The Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, working collaboratively with internal departments like Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, and Sales Support for new business onboarding. Key duties include managing the sales pipeline and daily tasks using Salesforce, preparing presentations and proposals with Xplor Pay’s electronic applications, and closing sales of payment processing and SaaS services to meet targets.
