Requirements

Candidates should have proven success as a Trusted Advisor building upon both new and preexisting relationships to deliver innovative Professional Services solutions to clients, a customer success mindset focused on creating innovative solutions, and previous experience working with clients in State and Local Government, Healthcare, Education or the Manufacturing/Defense Industrial is ideal. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively present information are also required, along with the ability to travel as needed to customer sites and industry events.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering revenue growth by integrating, delivering, and deploying Microsoft Technology within the defined target market, developing new opportunities to identify innovative solutions, building and maintaining customer and key partner relationships, collaborating with cross-solution areas to deliver customer-centric presentations and proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing client engagement, growing customer revenue, automating processes, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, following an established sales process, prospecting and qualifying leads, and driving opportunities to close. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing SOWs and RFX opportunities, and ensuring the prompt delivery of solutions.
