They should have experience managing a portfolio of large, complex clients with ARR under $5M, and demonstrate expertise in Included Health offerings and solutions.
The Senior Client Success Manager, Public Sector will manage a portfolio of large, complex clients, developing and executing Retention and Upsell Plans, establishing client goals and strategies, delivering business reviews, and cultivating trusted advisor relationships with client executives. They will also focus on member engagement, utilization, and marketing, identifying upsell opportunities, negotiating renewals, mitigating churn risk, and serving as a client advocate within Included Health. Additionally, they will provide mentorship to CS colleagues, participate in special projects, and maintain CS and CRM platforms.
