They are expanding globally and seeking an Account Executive to sell their Identity Security Solution into the State and Local Verticals in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience selling into State and Local Government (SLED) in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin.
  • Skilled communicator, particularly in initial discovery calls and needs analysis.
  • Ability to understand and present the value of SailPoint solutions.
  • Competency in comparing SailPoint solutions to competitors (Microsoft, Okta, Saviynt).

Responsibilities

  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Effectively address customer and partner inquiries, providing accurate information and tailored solutions.
  • Develop business plans aligned with assigned territory.
  • Strategically engage with customers and business partners.
  • Create a territory or opportunity plan, outlining steps from discovery to next steps.
  • Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategy.
  • Lead a virtual team including partner resources, presales, partner manager, deal desk, professional services, BVA team, and customer success.
  • Take initiative and prepare the team for calls (acting as a "quarterback").
  • Make decisions about engagement and hold team members accountable.
