Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic account management, preferably within the education sector, with a strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Video Content Management Systems (VCMS). Demonstrated success in cultivating and expanding relationships with key stakeholders at higher education institutions is essential, along with a proven ability to drive account growth and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned clients, focusing on achieving their goals and driving revenue growth; establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client institutions, including executive leadership and IT departments; proactively understand clients’ evolving needs and challenges related to their use of LMS and/or VCMS solutions; effectively articulate the value proposition of Panopto’s offerings and align them with clients’ requirements; identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling; collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project delivery; and track and analyze key account performance metrics to provide regular reports.
