Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, strong consultative selling skills, and excellent communication abilities are required. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is helpful, and comfort in a collaborative, metrics-driven environment is necessary. Experience selling to nonprofit organizations or within the social impact sector, ability to navigate procurement processes, and a background in mission-driven or SaaS companies with multiple product lines are preferred.
As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by connecting mid-sized nonprofit organizations with Bonterra's software solutions. You will be responsible for understanding each organization's unique challenges and aligning them with appropriate tools. This role involves building relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and contributing to the expansion of Bonterra's reach to mission-driven organizations.
