Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software event and field marketing, with demonstrated expertise in growth marketing, demand generation, and integrated campaigns. They must have strong content creation skills, including outreach and nurture emails, event materials, and sales plays, as well as experience leveraging AI for content creation. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales organizations, strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent programs, a solid understanding of marketing funnel metrics, and experience managing event-driven leads through Salesforce. Additionally, candidates should have experience partnering with creative teams and/or agencies, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate project management abilities with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

As the Growth Marketing Programs Manager, Social Impact, the individual will define the appropriate event mix to achieve sales and marketing goals, plan and execute strategic events (both in-person and virtual), develop internal playbooks and best practices for event categories, build and maintain an annual event calendar, create content, landing pages, and follow-up nurtures for webinars and custom experiences, collaborate with sales, growth, campaigns, and demand generation, work with operations for lead management, maintain and report on event budget spend and efficacy, and establish credibility to drive collaboration and decision-making.
