Candidates must be fluent in German and possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in full sales cycle roles, particularly in enterprise cybersecurity, SaaS, or information security sectors, is required. A deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including threat intelligence and security operations, is essential. Experience working with security-focused channel partners and proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and a Mac environment are necessary. The ability to travel up to 30% of the time is also a requirement.
The Account Director will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new business in the DACH region. This includes identifying new opportunities for upgrades, cross-sells, and renewals, as well as prospecting and closing deals with new clients. Responsibilities also involve developing and presenting proposals, leveraging sales methodologies, executing go-to-market strategies, and tracking opportunities in Salesforce. Collaborating with internal teams and channel partners to deliver cybersecurity solutions and ensure customer success is a key part of the role.
