Requirements

Candidates should have over 10 years of security leadership experience in Fortune 100 enterprises and publicly traded companies. Proven experience applying frameworks and regulations such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC criteria, CIS, OWASP, CSA, GDPR, and the EU AI Act is required. Deep expertise in Zero Trust, MDM, EDR, AWS security, data protection, vulnerability management, and SIEM operations is necessary, along with a strong background in incident response, crisis management, business resumption, contingency planning, and threat modeling.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Information Security will lead the development and execution of risk treatment strategies, track and report cybersecurity program progress, and provide architectural guidance on secure system design. This role includes leading incident response as Commander, strengthening incident management and SIEM monitoring capabilities, and managing core security domains such as IAM, Endpoint Protection, DLP, Vulnerability Management, Email Security, and Zero Trust architecture. Responsibilities also encompass overseeing third-party SaaS security reviews, evaluating and managing AI technologies for secure adoption, managing compliance audits and attestations, introducing security innovations, and working closely with Legal on privacy-focused initiatives.
