Proven experience in full sales cycle roles, with a focus on new business acquisition in enterprise cybersecurity, SaaS, or information security sectors, is required. A deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including threat intelligence and security operations, along with experience working with security-focused channel partners, is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and a Mac environment, as well as the ability to travel up to 30% of the time, are also necessary.
The Account Director will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new business within the DACH region. Responsibilities include identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, and partnering with internal teams to ensure customer success. The role also involves prospecting and acquiring new clients, driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and leveraging market insights to position Recorded Future's solutions. Additionally, the Account Director will develop and present proposals, utilize sales methodologies like MEDDIC, create go-to-market strategies, and track opportunities in Salesforce.
