Responsibilities

  • Redefine value/experience sought by customers (consumers, corporate clients, employees) and realize sustainable business growth through customer-centric transformation, leveraging deep industry knowledge
  • Collaborate with diverse talent and service lines across Accenture to support end-to-end transformation: front-stage (customer experience) and back-stage (data, technology, organization, employee experience)
  • Serve as counterpart to executive leadership in focused industries, covering:
  • Front-stage transformation: New business strategy, brand strategy, marketing strategy, sales strategy, channel reform, customer experience reform; redefine purpose/mission, clarify target customers/value/brand, estimate market size, design consumer experiences, multi-channel communication plans, plan new services/products beyond existing business, BPR/system build support, program management
  • Back-stage transformation: Operating model reform including processes, data, technology, organization, employees; process reform, HR/organization change, data utilization/infrastructure strategy, customer-front technology transformation, governance reform including resource allocation, change management for stakeholders like employees, BPR/system build support, program management
