Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising (Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles)
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery (Seasonal Service & Engagement)
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor (Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales)
- Support guest service fundamentals and a guest-first culture across the store
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Manage inventory and improve process efficiency
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Operate as roles including: Seasonal Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert (Stocking), Food & Beverage Expert, Tech Consultant, Front of Store Attendant (Cart Attendant)
