Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise tech, professional services sales, or renewals. Experience selling to and influencing C-level and C-1 executives at Global 1000 companies on six-to-eight-figure opportunities is required, with a preference for those with CHRO and Talent-focused experience. The ideal candidate should also have experience selling into a new market or new technology that disrupts an existing marketplace.

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise consultative selling. A proven track record of over-achieving sales targets and experience selling to CXOs at Fortune 500 companies is required. Candidates must have experience leading and closing complex deals of 6+ months in duration, worth $1M or more, and prior experience selling to CHROs and Heads of L&D/Talent/Transformation is preferred.

Candidates should have extensive experience in full-stack development, particularly with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think holistically about complex systems are required. Experience in mentoring and training engineers in software engineering practices is also essential.

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of business, a healthy intellectual curiosity, and a proven track record of exceeding past sales targets, along with experience engaging with decision-makers and executives within the state and local government sectors.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, and a strong understanding of data warehousing principles and data modeling techniques. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly desirable, and proficiency in SQL and Python is essential.

Candidates should possess experience building machine learning powered products and systems that serve millions of users, and a deep understanding of the state-of-the-art in Generative AI. They should be comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment and possess a leadership mindset capable of navigating ambiguity and removing blockers to deliver valuable projects.
