BetterUp is a hybrid company requiring employees to work from one of the office hubs at least two days per week or eight days per month. US hub locations include Austin, TX; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; and the Washington, DC metro area. Europe hubs are in London, UK and Amsterdam, NL.

The role involves architecting, building, and scaling the deployment function, owning the end-to-end deployment lifecycle including configuration, integrations, change enablement, and communications, building world-class teams, and defining a scalable operating model.
A strong candidate should have the ability to transition deployment from product-focused to services-led, achieve faster time-to-value, create a scalable deployment playbook, align technical teams with Product and Engineering, and ensure efficiency in cost, quality, and delivery.
