Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of success in executive-level selling and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Demonstrated experience in driving new sales, account management, and customer success within a complex, B2B environment
  • Has led or participated in defining an innovative GTM motion (not just operating an established one)
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, aligned with overall organizational goals
  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
  • Drive the acquisition of new business through effective sales strategies and executive-level selling
