Requirements

Candidates should possess deep experience in change management, organizational transformation, or human capital consulting. Proven communications expertise spanning strategy, storytelling, and execution across multiple formats and channels is required. A multi-disciplinary skillset in change, comms, and experience design, along with creative and tactical capabilities and resilience in managing intense cycles, is also necessary. Experience with enterprise clients, ideally in large-scale, global organizations, is preferred. Candidates must be able to commit to a hybrid work structure, being available to work from one of the specified office hubs at least two days per week.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Communications & Change Lead will design and guide communications strategies to build belief, inspire action, and sustain momentum for enterprise client transformations. This includes leading change communications for major deployments, mapping stakeholders, developing multi-channel campaigns, equipping leaders with toolkits, adapting messaging based on insights, and integrating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy, comms, and data reinforce each other. The role also involves balancing intense launch campaigns with planning for sustainable delivery throughout the adoption journey.
