Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on Zoho experience across Zoho CRM, Inventory, Books, Desk, and Creator, along with a proven track record in full-cycle Zoho migration projects and post-launch system management. They should be proficient in Deluge scripting, client-side scripting (JavaScript), and building custom workflows, and have experience integrating APIs and tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Workspace, and Slack. Strong skills in automation platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly are also required, alongside excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
The Zoho Manager will strategize and execute the migration of legacy systems into Zoho applications, including inventory, customer database, sales tracking, invoicing, and third-party integrations. They will ensure seamless data transfer, set up user roles and permissions, develop workflows, train internal stakeholders, provide continuous system administration, upgrades, and issue resolution, and develop reports and dashboards for business performance tracking.
