Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple implementation projects from start to finish
  • Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Deliver training content on complex material
  • Consult with independent medical practices on value-based care models
  • Support and coach partner practices through change management
  • Execute implementations at Aledade’s high service level standards
  • Ensure accurate data capture in EHR systems
  • Collaborate with practices to develop and implement data-sharing strategies
  • Design integrations and interfaces that support data sharing and population health analytics
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of EHR system utilization
  • Implement EHR solutions that support ACO initiatives and population health goals
  • Assist practices with MIPS compliance
  • Stay informed on EHR vendor system updates
  • Lead resolution of complex technical and operational challenges
  • Guide practices through Aledade App configuration and EHR optimization scenarios
  • Identify and develop educational materials for practice staff
