Candidates should have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing data migrations or working with platform dashboards, with a preference for 1+ year of direct experience with Boulevard dashboard and data migrations. Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and structured data manipulation, are essential. Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities under pressure, along with excellent project management and time management skills, are also required.
The Onboarding Specialist, Data Migrations will meet with prospective clients pre-close to understand their data needs and align migration expectations, partnering with Sales to scope technical requirements and validate feasibility. They will own and manage full-service and free import migrations from initial planning through final execution, performing imports using tools like Flatfile and Google Sheets with high accuracy. This role involves executing structured QA and validation checks on all data prior to launch, handling migration-related CFDs/CSRs, and executing bulk updates. The specialist will coordinate full-service migrations with teams like Odetta and Customer Operations, work closely with Engineering to manage escalations, track bugs, and improve tooling, and partner with COPS and Engineering on Flatfile improvements and onboarding tools. Additionally, they will track migration timelines, coordinate launch calendars, communicate progress and blockers clearly, answer internal team questions, assist in data review for proof-of-concept migrations, and create and maintain internal documentation related to migrations and tooling.
