Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with Workday product suite knowledge (HCM, Payroll, Financials) being strongly preferred. Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning, a practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll, and PMP certification are also desirable. Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills are essential, along with the ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with remote teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

The Workday Engagement Manager will lead and manage 20 small to medium Continuous Value Services engagements, ensuring proper project planning and staffing. They will be hands-on with key project deliverables, manage budget and resourcing constraints, and track issues and risks while communicating project status. This role involves mentoring Principal Consultants, collaborating with client project managers to resolve scope and time issues, and ensuring tasks are delivered within budget and SLAs. Presenting change orders for out-of-scope tasks is also a responsibility.
