Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience implementing Payroll and Human Capital Management solutions, including 6+ years of consulting experience with a consulting/software company. A minimum of 6+ years of experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar applications is required, along with 6+ years of experience in functional areas such as Payroll, Time & Labor, Labor Costing, Labor Allocation, Payroll Accounting, HCM business processes, Benefits, Absence Management, and Compensation.

Responsibilities

The Sr Payroll Consultant will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday Payroll solution by providing product and implementation expertise. Responsibilities include eliciting and documenting customer business requirements, configuring and testing the Workday solution, supporting data conversion and integration teams, assisting clients with testing, transferring system knowledge, communicating project status and risks to the Engagement Manager, ensuring compliance with checkpoints, mentoring new consultants, identifying opportunities for other service offerings, and participating in update training.
