Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is experience in designing and scaling detailed regular insights and updates for a wide range of stakeholders. Direct engagement with executive-level clients and stakeholders is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience designing processes and experiences in a scaling organization and managing complex programs across multiple functions and locations.
The Program Manager will lead operational and strategic initiatives for the Early Career Programs Team, partnering with business leaders to define strategy and develop execution plans. They will drive consistency across the internship experience nationwide, ensuring alignment between strategy and functional operations. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing process improvements, leveraging data for decision-making, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and interns. The role also involves developing training for intern managers, designing intern project plan deliverables, and creating rewarding programmatic experiences. Additionally, the Program Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding for interns, track participants, and co-op students, and drive connectivity through innovative events and initiatives.
