Responsibilities

  • Represent Verizon and promote wireless plans, phones, and services through in-person sales efforts
  • Execute field-based campaigns in designated territories, events, or retail settings
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of Verizon's wireless solutions and help them identify the right fit for their needs
  • Assist with customer enrollments, plan selections, and account set-ups
  • Track outreach activities and report campaign performance and customer feedback to leadership
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon’s promotions, devices, and service offerings
