Responsibilities

Represent Verizon and promote wireless plans, phones, and services through in-person sales efforts
Execute field-based campaigns in designated territories, events, or retail settings
Educate potential customers on the benefits of Verizon's wireless solutions and help them identify the right fit for their needs
Assist with customer enrollments, plan selections, and account set-ups
Track outreach activities and report campaign performance and customer feedback to leadership
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon’s promotions, devices, and service offerings
